The Massage Emporium, founded by Faith Miller in 2006 in downtown Baton Rouge, is a single-location wellness and massage practice that grew out of Faith’s experience in LA and a leap into a redeveloping neighborhood. As the business expanded over 13 years, Faith needed an affordable, reliable system to manage daily operations and support continued growth—something less costly and complex than other spa platforms.

Faith chose MINDBODY to run scheduling, payments and overall business management, and she also leverages MINDBODY’s BOLD conference for inspiration and strategy. The result: MINDBODY now powers the business’s operations, reenergizes Faith’s entrepreneurial vision, and has helped the Massage Emporium scale steadily—so much so that she’s planning to expand into the whole building.
