The Fitz Pilates in Huntsville, AL, founded by Chandra Medellin, is a playful, community-focused studio aimed at a younger, athletic crowd. As the studio grew from basement classes to a full-time location, Chandra faced the challenge of preserving that laid-back, welcoming vibe while making booking and sales feel effortless and on-brand for new and existing clients.

Using MINDBODY’s Pilates software, The Fitz customized its web schedule widget (changing “Sign Up” to the friendlier “Get in Class”) and launched a custom branded app to put the studio front and center on customers’ phones. The result: smoother bookings and class-pack purchases, stronger brand visibility, and an engaged community of customers who now act as ambassadors—helping new clients feel welcome and keeping studio energy authentic.
