RedLine Athletics is a youth sports performance franchise focused on helping young athletes build speed, strength, agility, confidence, and more. Since 2013, the company has relied on Mindbody to support its operations and scaling needs as it has grown to 55 locations, with a challenge centered on maintaining consistency, supporting franchise expansion, and adapting to its seasonal business model.

Mindbody helped RedLine Athletics scale with templated sites for new franchise openings, improving consistency and streamlining expansion across locations. Working with Mindbody and AXLE, RedLine also launched a new “Flex” membership that fits seasonal schedules and has been well received by families, helping increase retention. In addition, Mindbody Capital is being used to support franchisee needs such as branding, equipment, payroll, and rent, further enabling growth.
