Mindbody helped iLoveKickboxing automate personalized email communication, segment members by journey stage, and give franchisees corporate-created marketing assets. Mindbody also built a mobile-optimized app for scheduling, rescheduling, and shopping, while providing franchise-wide visibility and operational support. As a result, iLoveKickboxing has seen average growth of 3% to 6% month-over-month since partnering, with studios also averaging double-digit growth in net new members each month.
