The Lash Lounge is a nationwide luxury eyelash salon with 117 locations. Rapid growth, rising client spend, and labor shortages made it hard to maintain the personalized, high-end communication and to simplify and automate everything from booking to sales across all locations.

Mindbody implemented a single AI-powered ecosystem—Messenger[ai], Marketing Suite, configurable dashboards via the Mindbody API, and unified standards/training—to capture missed calls, answer FAQs, enable booking and payment via text/chat, and deliver targeted campaigns. From Jan–Jun 2022, 108 locations used Messenger[ai], generating 11.7K total bookings (3.5K from missed calls) and an estimated $1.2M in bot-attributed revenue—about $1.8K average monthly revenue per salon (highest month $8.9K).
