Gymnazo is a San Luis Obispo group-training studio founded by Michael Hughes that blends restoration and performance training to deliver flexible, scalable workouts. As the business grew from 18 members into a larger multi-class facility, founders Michael and Paden struggled to balance brand-building, daily operations and family life and needed a way to delegate routine member communications without losing personal touch.

Implementing the MINDBODY Marketing Suite let Gymnazo automate emails and texts, replacing four separate platforms, cutting subscription costs and saving staff time. The studio used automation for milestones and birthday outreach, and in August 2019 the tool drove over $3,000 in revenue and five new memberships; the team finds it easy to use and plans to expand its use to deepen member engagement.
