Blos Roses, a single-location salon in Miami, was forced to close in March 2020 before its first anniversary and needed a safe, cost-effective way to bring clients back while protecting staff and customers. The challenge was to drive bookings and minimize in-person contact as the business reopened.
Using Booker’s Marketing Suite, founder Diana Hernandez built automated email campaigns that encouraged clients to rebook and prepaid online to reduce staff exposure. Despite being open only 11 days in May, Blos Roses booked 107 appointments (50% online), earned $2,280 from Marketing Suite emails in May–June, and saw an average appointment value of $62 from the campaign.
