Flying Fantastic - Customer Case Study

Flying Fantastic is a London-based circus-style fitness studio founded by Chris and Edel that grew from a single weekly class to 15 classes with about 170 students a week. Running the business while working full-time left them overwhelmed by scheduling: phone bookings and rescheduling generated as many as 250 emails a week and consumed roughly half of Chris’s time.

They switched to MINDBODY’s fitness management software and moved to exclusive online booking (even removing their phone number from the site), giving clients control to book, reschedule and receive confirmations on mobile calendars. The change freed up the owners to improve customer experience and new offerings and delivered strong results: revenue rose 82.9% year-over-year, about 96.9% of bookings moved online, and roughly 44% of new clients became regular attendees.
