Cambridge Athletic Club, a multi-location fitness club in Cambridge, MA, faced limits from its old server-based software: staff couldn’t access data remotely, members couldn’t book classes online, and there was no simple way to track customer notes or manage multiple sites efficiently. By switching to MINDBODY’s cloud-based gym management software, CAC enabled online booking, remote access, contact logs, program-level monitoring and automated billing. In one year the club increased revenue by over $290,000 (≈10%), raised retention to 79.8%, added 104 new members, and moved to automated monthly billing (now ~65.8% of revenue), while streamlining operations and improving the member experience.
