KNPC creates 5 branded station manuals with Minale Tattersfield

The customer, KNPC, a state-run oil company, faced the challenge of modernizing its outdated petrol station identity, which failed to connect with motorists or reflect its environmental and customer service aspirations. The vendor, Minale Tattersfield, was commissioned to create a new, state-of-the-art standard for its stations and convenience stores as part of a broader identity change program.

Minale Tattersfield's solution was to redesign KNPC's visual identity, retaining the familiar flame symbol but incorporating a green leaf to signify environmental awareness. The scope expanded to include new site layouts, forecourt architecture, and detailed operational manuals. The result was a more customer-oriented approach that introduced profitable sub-brands for convenience stores and car washes, successfully shifting the stations from being perceived as short-stay depots to destinations where customers are encouraged to stay longer.
