Bashneft unifies 500 petrol stations with Minale Tattersfield

The customer, Bashneft, faced the challenge of unifying its recently acquired network of 500 petrol stations, which operated under various names and were in different states of repair across Russia. The vendor, Minale Tattersfield, was appointed to create a new retail identity and architecture to consolidate the brand and differentiate its fuel and convenience store offerings.

Minale Tattersfield's solution was to evolve the logo and develop a strong visual identity using a distinctive magenta color and angular graphics. They applied this new branding across station canopies and a new convenience store format, which featured dynamic LED lighting and an inverted color scheme to separate the food and fuel businesses. The result was a modern, customer-friendly retail environment that provided a unique and impactful presence in the marketplace.
