Viginet-IP Secures Buenos Aires Neighborhoods with Mimosa

Viginet-IP, a managed communications provider serving municipalities in Buenos Aires, Argentina, needed a high-capacity network to support real-time ultra-high-definition video surveillance and other demanding applications. To handle 150 to 200 monthly municipal and utility deployments, it turned to Mimosa Networks for a faster, more scalable wireless solution.

Mimosa Networks implemented point-to-point and point-to-multipoint deployments using Mimosa AS access points, C5x client devices, and AS accessories. The result was lower costs, faster installation times, and better deployment efficiency, while delivering up to 120 Mbps and reliable high-speed connectivity for video-heavy traffic across short- and long-range sites.
