Kindred Healthcare, a Fortune 500 post-acute care provider, needed a faster way to manage learning materials for its training team, which supports more than half of its 75,000 employees each year. Its previous process was highly manual, involving printed proofs, back-and-forth communication, warehousing, and shipping to class locations. Kindred worked with Mimeo.com, using Mimeo Marketplace to streamline this workflow.

Mimeo.com implemented a custom branded online storefront where documents could be uploaded, built, proofed, updated, and ordered online in minutes. Materials are now printed on demand and shipped the same day, eliminating warehousing and reducing the process from about 6 weeks to 12 hours. Kindred also reported that proofing time dropped from 2–3 weeks to minutes, creating a much faster and simpler distribution process.
