Working with partner Evolv Networks, Schoeman migrated to Mimecast’s Unified Email Management platform (Nov 2012–Apr 2013) and trained staff on the new system. The firm now benefits from a perpetual, ISO27001‑certified archive, robust granular eDiscovery, mobile access and a significant reduction in paper-based communication—streamlining processes and strengthening client confidentiality.
