EOH, one of South Africa’s largest IT solutions providers with over 5,500 users, needed to strengthen internal knowledge of the Mimecast email-security platform so its sales and support teams could reliably service a large internal and external customer base. Without ongoing training, EOH risked slower resolutions, inconsistent support and reduced customer satisfaction.
Starting in 2008 Mimecast delivered a layered training programme—instructor-led sessions, group education, technical workshops and sales enablement—while maintaining an ongoing partnership for updates and escalation support. The result was deeper product expertise across sales and engineering, faster issue resolution, increased Mimecast sales among managed-service customers, and opportunities to join feature testing and development.
