Bradley Corp., a 100-year-old, family-owned manufacturer of commercial washroom and safety fixtures, faced widespread email spoofing that put customers, partners, employees and its century-old brand at risk. After joining the company, VP of IT Dave Leannah discovered thousands of fraudulent messages being sent on Bradley’s behalf each month and made email security and brand protection his top priority.
Bradley deployed Mimecast’s DMARC Analyzer and complementary services, using Mimecast’s managed-services team to handle implementation and ongoing management with no disruption. The solution identified and blocked unauthorized senders (including look‑alike and cybersquatting domains), provided monthly reporting and broader email security protections, and restored control of the Bradley brand while protecting stakeholders across the company’s ecosystem.
