Marriott Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, the largest non-gaming, in-hotel exhibition space in the world, needed to replace an unstable security system and reduce liability from false claims across its massive Nashville property. With nearly 3,000 rooms, 15 restaurants, and hundreds of thousands of annual guests, the resort required a more reliable open platform video management system to support its safety and security team.

Milestone Systems implemented Milestone XProtect Corporate VMS, along with new cameras, servers, video analytics, motion detection, and Smart Wall tools. The upgrade gave the smaller security team the ability to monitor the full property in real time, review incidents efficiently, and manage 1,500 cameras across shifts, helping improve staffing efficiency and strengthen protection against false claims and lawsuits.
