BC Empresarial business center in Barranquilla, Colombia — a 19‑floor, ~130,000 sq ft office building serving about 1,500 people daily — needed an open‑platform IP video surveillance solution that could integrate with building automation to maintain high security while meeting energy‑efficiency and sustainability requirements for LEED certification.

The facility deployed Milestone XProtect VMS with Axis IP cameras, integrated with the Andover Continuum BMS by integrator AP Ingeniería, delivering scalable, easy‑to‑operate synchronized video search, alarm management and HVAC/lighting control.
