They required an enterprise-grade system that could cover both the construction phase and ongoing residential operations while integrating with access control and building services.

To meet those needs REMI, with integrators Vision Voice & Data and Danetech, deployed Milestone XProtect® Enterprise to manage more than 60 Axis, Toshiba and Videology cameras on a dedicated server, tied into Keyscan access control, Viking intercoms and ADT alarms. The solution provided remote investor portals, concierge command-center views, resident access via web or cable channel, motion‑recording and forensic video — delivering smoother construction oversight, higher investor confidence, easier operations and stronger resident safety, and a model REMI plans to reuse on future projects.
