Liberty Technology Park Cluj, Romania’s first technology park, needed a scalable, high‑quality surveillance system to secure its expanding 46,880 sqm site and the many IT and R&D tenants it hosts. The challenge was to design a modular, future‑proof solution that could grow with the park and provide reliable monitoring of entrances, parking, elevators and common areas.

Starnet Consulting implemented a modular Axis‑based video system integrated with Milestone VMS and Metrici LPR, deploying more than 60 Axis cameras (P13, P14, P33, M30 series) and centralized analytics. The result is remote, on‑demand live viewing, automated gate control with highly accurate plate recognition, faster, consolidated incident assessment for security staff, and a unified communications and security platform that scales with the park’s development.
