Komplett is a leading Scandinavian e‑commerce retailer with a 21,000 m² warehouse and multiple customer pick‑up points handling millions of orders yearly. Komplett migrated from analog to an IP video management system (Milestone) with megapixel and Axis P1346 H.264 cameras, centrally managed over the company network and integrated with alerts and remote viewing. The solution improved image quality and storage efficiency, enabled rapid incident verification and evidence for police, reduced response costs, and is being expanded to monitor production lines and integrate with operational systems for further savings.
