Shannon Airport, a major international airport in County Clare with a 15 km perimeter and a mostly flat airfield, needed a better way to detect intruders and manage access across wide-open areas. Previous security systems struggled to provide enough context and early warning, making patrols difficult and leaving the site exposed.
