The City of Saratoga Springs needed to modernize its aging, mostly interior surveillance system before peak tourist and racing seasons that swell the population. The existing cameras had limited outdoor coverage and no maintenance contract, leaving the city without reliable, scalable monitoring for downtown streets, City Hall and event venues.
