Axis and White UK provide full surveillance coverage at UK’s premier poker venue

Dusk Till Dawn, the UK’s first legal poker-only club accommodating up to 405 players across 45 tables, needed a high-quality, safe environment that met the Gaming Commission’s requirement for complete internal surveillance. Club founders Rob Yong and Nick Whiten engaged Axis partner White UK to deliver a combined AV and security solution after being introduced to Axis network cameras during a prior installation.

White UK installed a complete AV system and 26 Axis network cameras (including fixed domes, PTZ and day/night megapixel models), using PoE over a structured Cat5e network and HP ProCurve switches and Milestone XProtect® Enterprise for 30-day video retention. The rollout delivered excellent image quality, cost savings from centralized power, full regulatory compliance and seamless integration with the club’s network, giving managers reliable remote access and confidence in the venue’s security.
