How Team4Tech Uses Mighty Networks to Improve Education Around the World

Team4Tech, a nonprofit impact accelerator, needed a better way to connect educators in under-resourced areas with trusted resources, training, and peer support across many countries. It chose Mighty Networks and used its Explore Plan to build a community of practice that could bring together courses, workshops, coaching, challenges, and resources in one place.

With Mighty Networks, Team4Tech created a tightly linked network of content and conversations, including regional hubs, quizzes, glossaries, and downloadable learning materials designed for low-resource environments. The results included 980+ organizations joining against a five-year goal of 180, 22,000 average active log-ins and 3,500 monthly contributions, 56% member-generated content, and course knowledge gains from about 43% pre-test understanding to 98% post-test understanding, while 99% of members joined through word-of-mouth referral.
