How Mindbody's 16,000 Customer Community Builds Brand Love

Mindbody One, the online health and fitness community from Mindbody, needed a better way to connect its customers, understand their needs, and give wellness entrepreneurs a safe place to ask questions and learn from peers. Working with Mighty Networks, using Mighty Pro and paid membership, Mindbody set out to build a branded community experience that could serve as a direct line to its customers without making the space overly product-focused.

Mighty Networks helped Mindbody launch branded iOS and Android apps for Mindbody One, creating a member-led community with exclusive content, live events, and the Champion program for top members. The results included a thriving community of nearly 16,000 customers, an 89% member retention rate, stronger customer insights, and revenue of $45,000 from January to April 2022 from a few webinars and articles, all achieved with minimal direct selling.
