Mighty Networks helped The Bite Shot, Joanie Simon’s private community for food photographers, create a dedicated home for learning and connection outside of Facebook. Simon needed a sustainable way to support members at all skill levels, share course content, and keep her growing audience engaged without overextending herself on ads or a massive one-and-done course launch.

Using Mighty Networks, Simon moved one of her signature courses onto the platform and built a community space with an activity feed, courses, and member interaction. She also used her email list as an advisory board to shape new content, with 500 people joining and 40% of that list purchasing the course at launch. Mighty Networks also helped spark real-time peer support and friendships, strengthening retention and community value.
