Fear Club, the community for fans of the YouTube show Project Fear, wanted a more personal and organized way to connect with its most loyal audience beyond Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube comments. With Mighty Networks, they set out to create a safe, members-only space where fans could talk with the hosts, interact with each other, and access exclusive content.
Mighty Networks provided the paid membership community platform Fear Club needed, including discussion spaces, live Q&As, bonus footage, bloopers, podcast episodes, member spotlights, giveaways, and early merch access. The result was stronger member engagement, easier content organization, and significant word-of-mouth growth, with Fear Club’s community largely expanding on its own and fans forming real friendships offline as well.
