How 15Five Grew Their B2B SaaS Community for HR Leaders to Over 4,000 Members in 12 Months

15Five, the B2B SaaS company behind employee performance management software, wanted to build a stronger community for HR professionals that went beyond a Slack or Facebook group. Working with Mighty Networks, they aimed to create a branded space for HR leaders to connect, learn, and engage with 15Five’s brand in a way that also supported retention and awareness.

Using Mighty Networks’ Mighty Pro platform, 15Five launched branded iOS and Android apps for its HR Superstars community, combining social discussion, live events, and a resource library in one place. The community hosted more than 50 events in its first year, its half-day HR Superstars Summit converted 1,000 attendees into members, and the community grew to over 4,000 members within 12 months.
