Indie Birth Association, a community for doulas, midwives, pregnant women, and birthing families, wanted a better home for its growing audience after feeling limited by the censorship and constraints of social media. With Mighty Networks, the team moved away from Facebook and Instagram to create a private space where members could learn, connect, and share authentic birth experiences alongside courses and groups.

Using Mighty Networks, Indie Birth Association launched a centralized community with free and paid groups, courses, and webinars for more than 3,200 members. The result was stronger engagement: members commented on lessons, asked questions right away, and interacted with one another more than before. Mighty Networks also helped the founders build a more creative, owned platform for future growth beyond social media.
