The Region 14 Comprehensive Center (R14CC), which supports public education agencies in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas, needed to increase awareness of its impactful work. Mighty Citizen conducted a discovery and digital marketing audit, then developed user profiles, a messaging platform, and a comprehensive annual communications plan.
