Maloya, a family-owned metal fabricator with over 50 years of experience serving aerospace, pharmaceutical, transportation and architectural markets, struggled as it grew: workflows were tracked with spreadsheets, quality standards were unmanaged, and key metrics and profitability reporting were ineffective. The results include extremely low scrap (under 0.25% of sales), consistent on‑time delivery, daily metric visibility for leadership and staff, and operational growth from a 5,000 sq. ft. facility to 50,000 sq. ft.
