ClimateWorx, a global supplier of mission‑critical cooling solutions and part of the Bempro Global Group, needed to integrate multiple businesses and process standards, improve visibility across operations, and secure affordable customization while remaining on the same system as its sister divisions. To meet those needs they chose MIE Solutions and its manufacturing ERP, MIE Trak Pro.

MIE Solutions implemented MIE Trak Pro with custom features requested by ClimateWorx, added quality-control tools including ECR, and deployed Quick Views, dashboards and consolidated reporting for all three Bempro divisions. With continuous training and early internal champions the system was up and running in just a few weeks, giving ClimateWorx better visibility, unified reporting across divisions, and built‑in functionality that supports ongoing quality and process improvements.
