The Kitchen Works, a North East England kitchen manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience, needed a replacement for its unsupported legacy software and a more flexible way to design bespoke cabinetry. The team also wanted a solution that could produce CNC code for its machinery and import project data from other design tools to keep production moving efficiently. Microvellum software provided customizable cabinet libraries, engineering tools, and automated workflows that streamlined the process from client approval through to CNC programming. Integrated with Biesse machinery, it enabled The Kitchen Works to generate and distribute CNC programs directly to machines on the factory floor, helping the company produce around 100 kitchens per week while maintaining high-quality standards.
