Wipro streamlines workflows, unlocks excellence with advanced digital collaboration hub

Wipro, a global IT, consulting, and business process services company with more than 170,000 employees, faced the challenge of enabling seamless collaboration across a widely distributed, multicultural workforce and consolidating fractured communication channels. To centralize teamwork and reduce reliance on email, multiple SharePoint sites, and separate web-conferencing tools, Wipro adopted Microsoft Teams (as part of Office 365) as its digital collaboration hub.

Using Microsoft Teams, Wipro rolled out one of the largest active Teams deployments in India, built custom bots and apps to automate request workflows and an enterprise IT service desk, and created structured channels and templates for RFP and bid processes. The solution significantly reduced RFP-related emails, sped up onboarding, let contract teams handle multiple bids in the time it previously took to manage one, improved productivity and sales efficiency, and delivered richer, more productive meetings across the organization.
