A Microsoft Teams Case Study
Primozone, a small Swedish maker of ozone generators for water treatment, faced rapid global growth and the challenge of keeping sales and engineering teams coordinated across the United States, South Korea and Sweden while protecting valuable patents and other IP. To solve collaboration and security gaps the company turned to Microsoft Teams as part of a broader Office 365 deployment (including SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business), aiming to create a single source of truth and improve onboarding for new, distributed employees.
Using Microsoft Teams as the chat-based workspace and SharePoint Online/OneDrive for centralized document storage, Primozone completed a one-day rollout across 30 workstations and 30 mobile devices and finished onboarding within the same week. The Microsoft Teams–led solution produced searchable project histories, faster new-hire ramp-up, seamless remote access to files, cloud backups, and stronger built-in security (encryption, threat detection and remote device wipe), giving the company unified collaboration and measurable operational improvements.
