Ukrainian pharmaceutical leader nurtures its collaborative, sharing culture

YURiA-PHARM, a large Ukrainian pharmaceutical company expanding into more than 30 countries, faced growing communication and collaboration challenges as headcount and offices increased. To preserve its collaborative, “human” corporate culture while improving cross‑site coordination, the company adopted Microsoft Teams as part of an Office 365 deployment (with FastTrack guidance).

YURiA-PHARM, working with its IT team and partner SMART business, rolled out a new digital work environment centered on Microsoft Teams and Office 365, creating 500 active Teams in six weeks. The Microsoft Teams–based solution improved information sharing and meeting productivity, increased employee communication speed, and raised productivity by 6.5%, while making documents safer and easier to access.
