Grey, a large UK advertising agency, needed to break down geographic and organizational barriers so it could assemble the right specialists for any project and stop losing time to file-transfer and version-control headaches. To power its "Borderless Grey" initiative, Grey adopted Microsoft 365 tools—most notably Microsoft Teams—to enable seamless global collaboration across its offices.

By using Microsoft Teams, Grey expanded its creative "huddles" to include specialists in London, Croatia, Brazil, Turkey and beyond, streamlined file sharing and version tracking, and involved clients directly in iterative reviews (even on projects with up to 35 rounds of amendments). Microsoft Teams helped Grey reduce version conflicts, speed decision-making, and combine diverse expertise to deliver more imaginative, integrated campaigns.
