Working with HID Global (smart cards and CMS), Intellecom and Microsoft specialists, Raiffeisendruckerei integrated HID Global smart cards with Azure AD and ADFS so users could single sign‑on to Office 365 and cloud apps such as Microsoft Teams using their existing cards. The solution delivered immediate SSO to all ~136 employees, secure remote access, increased workplace flexibility, maintained PCI compliance, reduced support overhead and protected prior investments.
