ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, a leading independent European media company, needed to modernize its workplace IT to support company‑wide digital transformation and replace aging Windows 7 desktops. To achieve a secure, scalable collaboration platform it engaged vendor Microsoft Teams to deploy the Microsoft 365 cloud suite, including Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Enterprise Mobility + Security.

Microsoft Teams implemented Microsoft 365 across nearly 5,000 workstations (upgrading them to Windows 10), rolled out Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for unified collaboration, and is adding Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection for enhanced security. The result is measurable: ~5,000 endpoints modernized, improved employee productivity and flexible remote work, streamlined co‑authoring and team collaboration, and stronger data protection via European datacenter hosting.
