Microsoft Teams supports online teamwork in the STRUMIENIE school

Strumienie, a Microsoft Showcase School comprising primary and high school levels for girls, needed a simple, secure way to modernize teaching, boost collaboration, and make learning resources accessible outside class — supporting flipped lessons, interdisciplinary planning and stronger ties between students, teachers and administrators. To meet these needs the school adopted Microsoft Teams (part of Office 365) as its core communication and collaboration platform.

Using Microsoft Teams, Strumienie created class and staff teams for sharing materials, chats, planning and administration, consolidating roughly 90% of previous tools into one intuitive interface. The platform improved information flow and sped up organizational processes, enabled teachers to post pre-class materials and respond to questions in real time, and supported an inter-school network now used by over 400 employees and approximately 2,700 students to share best practices and coordinate activities.
