Korn Ferry, a global organizational advisory firm with about 8,000 geographically dispersed employees, faced slow, fragmented collaboration and difficulty locating expertise and up‑to‑date documents when responding to client requests. Using Microsoft Teams to centralize communication and Office 365 intelligent search to surface people and documents, Korn Ferry saw rapid adoption (more than 500 teams engaged within three weeks) and dramatic time savings—what once took three to four days to assemble could be done in about 60 minutes.
