Fitness24Seven, a Swedish fitness chain with more than 230 gyms and 1,600 employees across six countries, faced the challenge of connecting dispersed teams, standardizing processes, and giving frontline staff mobile access to up-to-date information as it pursues a goal of 1,000 gyms by 2025. To address this, the company adopted the Office 365 platform—including SharePoint Online, Yammer, Office 365 Groups—and Microsoft Teams, rolled out to roughly 1,400 Firstline workers and 200 Information workers.

Through partner Stratiteq, Fitness24Seven implemented an intelligent communications platform centered on Microsoft Teams and the Office 365 ecosystem: a SharePoint-based intranet with gym-specific pages, Yammer communities and Teams collaboration. The solution streamlined access to centrally managed and local content, boosted knowledge sharing and employee engagement across six countries, cut time spent on administration, and freed staff to spend more time helping customers—supporting faster, more aligned expansion.
