The solution tied Teams, Office 365, and Azure together to enable virtual meetings, chat‑based technical support, secure file access, and seamless collaboration; ExakTime eliminated its legacy telephony systems (saving $2,100 per month), improved uptime and remote access, and continues to optimize operations with ongoing Microsoft Teams–led support.
