Dentsu Aegis Network - Customer Case Study

Dentsu Aegis Network, a global network of agencies with about 38,000 specialists across 145 countries, needed to break down silos, speed up collaboration, and protect client data. To modernize its digital workplace it adopted Microsoft Teams as part of a broader Microsoft 365 Enterprise deployment (including Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power BI and Enterprise Mobility + Security) to provide chat-based hubs and cloud collaboration across regions.

Using Microsoft Teams and the Office 365 suite, Dentsu Aegis Network created centralized collaboration hubs integrated with Planner, OneNote, SharePoint and Power BI; more than 31,000 employees now use Office 365, and within three months 600 staff across 20 brands were working in Microsoft Teams. The change cut pitch development from three days to a single three-hour meeting, is expected to reduce media‑buying report preparation by up to 60% (saving about 4–5 days a month), halved some co‑authoring workflows, and improved security and mobile access for traveling teams.
