A Microsoft Teams Case Study
CELDS, a Brussels‑based ATM and IT field services company with 210 employees, faced an aging on‑premises infrastructure and end‑of‑life PDA devices that slowed response times and limited communication and collaboration. To modernize securely and drive adoption, CELDS partnered with Spikes and moved to cloud services using Microsoft FastTrack and Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
Spikes used FastTrack to deploy Microsoft 365 and modern devices (Surface Go with Windows Autopilot) plus management via Microsoft Intune, while CELDS trained change agents to drive user adoption. The Microsoft Teams‑centered rollout increased collaboration, communication, and security, made device provisioning far quicker (saving hundreds of IT hours and reducing employee downtime), and enabled usage tracking with Power BI to measure and boost adoption.
