To meet these needs Braspag built a 100% Microsoft digital platform, using Azure, Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Azure Machine Learning and Office 365 tools — notably Microsoft Teams — across its operations.

The vendor solution centered on Azure infrastructure for scalable, low-latency processing, Azure Machine Learning for fraud detection and analytics, and Office 365 collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer) to improve team coordination. As a result — and with Microsoft Teams helping connect offices — Braspag handled more than 100 million purchase transactions in a year, gained faster fraud identification and conversion-drop alerts, and can rapidly provision resources for peak e‑commerce events, reducing the risk of lost sales.
