PT. AIA FINANCIAL (AIA Indonesia) is a leading insurer with more than 20 years in the market that needed to modernize its IT to keep pace with rapid market growth and changing customer behavior. The company faced aging productivity tools, fragmented collaboration and analytics, and critical email storage and uptime issues that hindered communication across Indonesia’s dispersed islands and large agent network.

AIA Indonesia partnered with Microsoft to deploy Office 365 alongside Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business and Yammer, consolidating analytics, collaboration and email on a cloud platform. The move increased mailbox capacity from 250 MB to 50 GB, delivered near‑100% uptime and easier maintenance, improved collaboration between HQ, branches, agents and customers, and became seamlessly integrated into daily business operations.
