McLean Farms is a family-owned egg producer in Queensland, Australia, that has doubled in size and now produces over one million eggs a day. The changes sped up complaint resolution and audits, improved coordination with external consultants and suppliers, supported about 100 users across 18 departments, and delivered productivity gains that removed the need to hire additional staff.
