Cerner adopted Microsoft Office 365—including Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online—enabling organic adoption of persistent chat, co-authoring, and intranet migration to SharePoint Online for seamless global collaboration. It also deployed 28,000 seats of Advanced Threat Protection and rolled out Windows 10, improving security, reducing patching and maintenance overhead, and boosting productivity across its operations.
